I know very well that the town is hit by a wave of grief, especially following the death of the late Elie Shehadeh, the distinguished young man who lost Al-Farzel and gained by heaven. In the end, life on earth is a march towards God through a corridor Death, and we die every day. We are accustomed to this path and we experience it every day. Therefore, we do not stand before death as an enemy, but we stand before it as a friend, and today we are crossing the wave of joy that must continue to blow in our lives and in our hearts.
He added: “Today, Al-Farzol has become a distinguished city due to the union of its people with each other and their love for each other, with the strength of its men and the virtue of its women. Feast of the Divine Appearance, where God took care of humans for the first time in human history and revealed Himself as a Trinity, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, this Trinity that imprints on our foreheads at the hour of baptism, and we seal with the seal of the Spirit and die with Christ in order to also live with Him. A touch from God is not only for you, but also for us. When we are in your presence, we are before the throne of joy that becomes within us and in our heart. Today, when we see people who have advanced in age, we do not underestimate their importance at all. On the contrary, we say that a person, like kings, is not crowned while he is in swaddling clothes, but when he is swaddled. He deserves to be crowned and given the name of the king, and today you are queens and kings.”
And Ibrahim concluded: “God willing, our meeting with you today will be a source of joy and life for each one of you. I ask the Lord to raise his right hand with my right hand and bless you all, and bless this table and those who prepared it, and to give the needy all over the earth good things out of His divine generosity so that man can live with the dignity that It was bestowed upon him by the hand of God.”
At the end of the meeting, a cake of sweets was cut, and everyone exchanged Eid greetings.
