Sakuliu Pavavaljung, who was accused of sexual assault by two women on social media in December last year, the Pingtung District Prosecutor’s Office has conducted a nine-month investigation and obtained relevant evidence. On the 21st, he was charged with obstructing sexual autonomy.
The incident originated in December last year. An artist posted a social media platform titled “Small Town Story”, accusing Paiwan artist “Gulu Sa” who used his power and the trust of his clients to sexually assault an admirer. him, and a 19-year-old girl who learned from him. In addition, another woman claimed on Facebook that she was also a victim, alleging that she was sexually assaulted by Sakuliu in Taitung in the summer of 2006.
The Pingtung District Prosecutor’s Office immediately took the initiative to cut newspapers to investigate separately, and Sakuliu issued a statement on Facebook after the incident, pointing out that there was no act alleged in the online article, and the process and details will be explained in detail during the judicial investigation.
After 9 months of investigation, the whole case was concluded on the 21st, and Sakuliu was prosecuted by screen inspection for the crime of obstructing sexual autonomy.
