Bern has found Johan Lundskog’s successor. It is the 44-year-old Finn Toni Söderholm who will take over the destinies of the capital club. He signed until the spring of 2024.
Under contract with the German team which he has led since January 1, 2019, Toni Söderholm had a departure clause in the event of an interesting offer. He decided to activate it to join a club he knows.
The former international defender, vice-world champion in 2007 with Finland, indeed defended the colors of CP Bern during his career for two seasons (2005 to 2007). He really wanted to come and train in Switzerland.
