During the Easter holidays, the “La Marquesa” ecotourism park will have the presence of elements of the National Guard, in order to guarantee the safety of the thousands of walkers who will visit it in the coming days.

The municipal president of Ocoyoacac, Samuel Verdeja Ruiz, reported that to guarantee the safety of the travelers from the 20 valleys that make up the ecotourism park, they used elements of the three orders of government.

“We can do a lot and this is a clear example that the state government, together with the National Guard, decided in coordination with us to look for an operation to have a safe Marquesa and lower crime rates.”

He explained that for the operation there will be a deployment of 79 elements of the National Guard, State Police and Municipal Police, in addition to personnel from the Ocoyoacac Civil Protection and Fire Department, as well as a highway attention post.

The mayor’s invitation was to visit the park in the coming days, since there are security conditions so that the more than 20,000 estimated travelers can have healthy fun.
