In order to ensure the perfect performance of the National Day air drill, the National Army held an aerial “full force” rehearsal in front of the Presidential Palace from 5:50 to 7:40 in the morning. The Mirage 2000 fighter and the UH-60M Black Hawk, which served as weather observation aircraft, were first dispatched. After the helicopters were confirmed to meet the weather standards, the Yongying Higher Education aircraft, F-5 fighter jets, CH-47SD Chinook transport helicopters, Black Hawk helicopters, AH-64E Apache attack helicopters, and AT-3 Thunder Tiger teams rushed to the field in sequence. .

The Air Force Command also stated in the Facebook fan group that in order to celebrate the “111 National Day of the Republic of China”, the Air Force 7th Flight Training Wing was ordered to use the Yongying higher education aircraft with the F-5 fighter jets to pass over the presidential palace in a mixed formation. The Air Force pointed out that in response to this mission, in addition to carrying out various maintenance preparations, the aircrew instructors also continued to conduct training on academic, technical, simulator and air combination subjects of the two types of aircraft. The formation is led by the state-made Yongying higher education aircraft, and the F-5 fighter jets serve as the second and third aircraft, fully demonstrating the Air Force’s loyalty and bravery, and the spirit of never backing down in the face of enemy threats.
