Celebrating National Customer Day with Juragan 99 Trans
In honor of National Customer Day, J99 Corp‘s leading division, Juragan 99 Trans, celebrated by distributing souvenirs to passengers across its intercity and interprovincial (AKAP) bus services.
The founder of J99 Corp, Gilang Widya Pramana, also known as Juragan 99, personally visited the bus terminal at Pondok Pinang, South Jakarta, to hand out these tokens of appreciation.
Highlighting the occasion, a 24-seat AKAP bus, recognized for achieving a MURI record as Indonesia’s first double-decker full sleeper bus, was at the forefront of this celebration.
All passengers utilizing Juragan 99 Trans’s services on this day received souvenirs as part of the National Customer Day festivities.
“For us, customers are everything. Every ticket purchased reflects trust in Juragan 99 Trans. This day serves as a special moment for me to express gratitude to everyone who has supported our journey. Last month, we celebrated our 6th anniversary, which is a significant milestone for a bus company. Thanks to our loyal customers, we have thrived,” stated Gilang on Wednesday (4/9).
“Every year, around 30,000 customers choose Juragan 99 Trans for their AKAP transportation needs. On this National Customer Day, I wanted to personally acknowledge our customers by giving them souvenirs and special merchandise from Juragan 99 Trans,” he added.
During the celebration, Gilang interacted with passengers traveling on the Jakarta-Malang route, distributing branded merchandise, which included a bag featuring the Juragan 99 Trans logo, a bus-shaped doll, a jacket, a t-shirt, a hat, and a keychain.
Niko Adi Cahyanto, a delighted passenger, shared his surprise at meeting Gilang during the journey: “I didn’t expect to meet Mr. Gilang on my bus ride to Malang today!”
In conjunction with National Customer Day, Juragan 99 Trans’s double-decker full sleeper bus not only delighted passengers but also made history by receiving a MURI record achievement. (J-3)
