During the hearing on the petition, the court expressed its displeasure at not getting a satisfactory answer from the counsel of the petitioners and said that we will see what the government departments are doing and what the government institutions are doing, they are only taking care of the employees.

The Chief Justice remarked in the case that salaries are being paid to the employees while the government has nothing to do.

The Chief Justice further said that government jobs are given to those who are not qualified, why put the burden of illegal recruitment on the people of Sindh?

The petitioner’s lawyer told the court that the recruitments were made under the package of the president and the governor, on which the court said, what authority do the president and the governor have? Did they have their own money? We will not allow if the constitution is flouted.

The court expressed indignation and said that whatever the basis of the thing is wrong, then this is what happens, the thing cannot stand, talk regarding the people of the province, what have they been doing? What are the roads, water, electricity? Will you continue to pay all the money in salaries?
