Space agencies around the world have not yet found an answer to the question of whether aliens actually exist or not, but now NASA scientists have come up with a big claim regarding aliens.
According to foreign media, researchers from Washington University in the United States say that the American space agency NASA will complete the search for aliens by 2030. The researchers said that there may be aliens on Jupiter’s moon Europa. A mission will be launched to track them down.
Europa Clipper will travel five and a half years to reach Jupiter’s moon Europa, while NASA is all set to launch the Europa Clipper spacecraft in October this year.
The scientists will reach here and look for signs of life. 178 million dollars i.e. regarding 1500 crore rupees have been spent in making this spacecraft. Europa Clipper will complete its journey to the Moon by 2030 following its launch in October.
The report states that a team of researchers from the University of Washington says that the Europa Clipper spacecraft is equipped with advanced instruments.
The instruments can also detect chemicals that are responsible for life on Earth. The instruments can also detect whether life is present in tiny particles of ice from the oceans of Europa’s moon.
According to scientists, three important things are essential for life on any planet, the first is a temperature that can sustain liquid water. Second is the presence of carbon-based molecules and third is energy, such as sunlight. All three are present on Europa.
The moon Europa has been reported to have large oceans and a thick sheet of ice. There may be signs of life beneath this ice sheet, but so far it has been suggested that if there are aliens, they will be in the form of tiny microbes or bacteria. Often the snow explodes and it starts to drain the water. It is only by detecting the alien.
