The US space agency (NASA) on Monday evening revealed the first full-color image from the James Webb Space Telescope, and was celebrated by US President Joe Biden, who said that there are “images of places no one has seen before.”

Biden and his deputy, Kamala Harris, received a briefing from NASA officials on the image, which was described as the highest and deepest image of the universe in history, and will be followed by the publication of a full set of images on Tuesday morning, US local time.

“For the first time, we will see color images of the world of space and we will see how galaxies are born,” Biden said.

And NASA announced earlier that all four instruments that make up the James Webb Telescope are ready for use.

Scientists are counting on this telescope to help them study the origin of the first galaxies in the universe, and compare them with the current galaxies, how our solar system arose and if there is life on other planets.
