A police officer in the state of Virginia had quite a scare on Tuesday following narrowly avoiding a vehicle that was heading in his direction at full speed.

The policeman, on the video that has gone viral, was arresting a driver on the highway, when a BMW M3, traveling at more than 190 km / h, lost control in the opposite lane.

Fortunately, the agent saw the car speeding towards him at the right time and fled, avoiding a tragedy.

The driver of the car causing the accident was a 17-year-old boy.

He was charged with dangerous driving, according to local police.

The police officer was not seriously injured, nor were the other people in the sedan.
