Nanya Branch issued a cash dividend of 2.13036346 yuan per share for last year’s earnings, with a total amount of NT$6.6 billion, which is expected to be paid on July 27. Major Southeast Asia Plastics holds 907 million shares, with an estimated 1.932 billion yuan recorded.
Foreign investors bought more than 1,114 contracts on the eve of Nanya Branch’s ex-dividend on the 27th, self-employed traders also bought more than 350 contracts, and investment trusts sold more than 2,286 contracts. Nanya Branch gapped and opened higher today, reaching 70.3 yuan, and hit 70.8 yuan in the intraday, up 2.1 yuan, and completed the interest filling strongly.
Due to factors such as the Russia-Ukraine War, high inflation, and interest rate hikes, the overall global economy has slowed down, and demand in the memory market has been sluggish. Nanya Branch’s cumulative revenue for the first five months was 10.994 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 66.42%. Nanya expects that DRAM prices may stabilize in the third quarter, but the situation varies for different products.
