■Comments from the Cast and Crew
▼ Ohashi Kazuya (Naniwa Man)
Upon hearing about the project, I clenched my fist and exclaimed, “I received a movie offer!” I was filled with joy.
My character, Todoroki, may not be very self-assured, but he genuinely cares for his students.
I also struggle with confidence, but we share a common desire to bring happiness to all my fans.
This was my first collaboration with Yuki Amami, and I was quite anxious initially.
He consistently approached me in a friendly manner, and when we filmed the same scene, we celebrated with a high five and did a silly dance (laughs).
However, his performance was so compelling that I found myself drawn in.
The film is rich with themes of humanity and love that resonate with both children and adults.
I believe you will gain a lot from this experience; I genuinely hope you enjoy it! Please watch!
▼ Yuki Amami
He was very polite and left me with the impression of being exceptionally considerate.
Although he is an idol supported by many, he remains extremely humble.
He often expresses gratitude towards every staff member,
which makes him a refreshing and soul-enriching presence.
At times, he would match my energy during performances, for which I am thankful.
▼Producer Reiko Imayasu
Ohashi radiates positivity like the sun and embodies the delightful essence of the character.
I felt he was perfect for this role and invited him to join.
During breaks between scenes, he bridges the gap with his characteristic sincerity, bringing smiles to everyone around.
Once filming commenced, Ohashi and the other actors proactively engaged with Director Nakata, asking insightful questions about their performances, which added great depth to their roles.
Before the show, I shouted “Please!” and was genuinely impressed by how he seamlessly united everyone’s ideas.
His genuine demeanor aligns perfectly with his character, and he embodies Kotaro in a manner that only Ohashi-san can.
He brings a bright energy to this film.
While I can’t share specific details at this moment, as someone who holds an essential key to the story,
we eagerly anticipate a narrative that will warm the hearts of all who watch the film. Please stay tuned.
