His Highness Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, chaired the first meeting of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees for the year 2022, which was held at its headquarters yesterday morning. At the beginning of the meeting, His Highness welcomed the decision of the Executive Council for the year 2021 to restructure the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, headed by him, His Highness Sheikh Omar bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and the membership of Abdullah Salem bin Nasra Al Ameri, Ahmed Mohammed Al Khaili, and Issa Abdullah Al Suwaidi.
The meeting was briefed on the charitable and humanitarian work carried out by the Foundation and the implemented decisions and recommendations regarding the Foundation’s programs and projects, and all its activities, administrative tasks and financial reports.
The Council also studied the strategic plans, future visions and timeframes for achieving them, in order to achieve the main objectives of the Foundation, whose landmarks were set by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, in the field of education support, health, relief and incentive awards for scientific research and studies, and in the framework of charitable work. and humanity in general. His Highness concluded the meeting by thanking the attendees, hoping for continued success and payment for the Foundation’s journey to be at the forefront of charitable and humanitarian work that keeps pace with the developmental renaissance of the state under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State “may God protect him”.
