Yesterday evening, His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, attended the reception hosted by Inigo de Palacio, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to the UAE, on the occasion of his country’s National Day. The ceremony, which was held at the Emirates Palace Hotel, was also attended by Sheikh Mohammed bin Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Mohammed Hilal Al Shehhi, Director of the European Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, a number of officials and heads of Arab and foreign diplomatic missions accredited to the country, as well as a number of businessmen. In a speech on this occasion, Ambassador Inigo praised the bilateral relations between the UAE and Spain, stressing that the Kingdom of Spain cherishes and appreciates the visions and positions of the UAE thanks to the wisdom of its wise leadership. He also affirmed his country’s constant endeavor to develop relations at all levels.
