The brother of Nagita Slavina, Caca Tengker, provides the latest updates regarding his health. It turns out that the mother of two recently underwent surgery to remove her gallbladder.

Additionally, Caca Tengker admitted that she has been feeling unwell every month for almost a year. Earlier this year, she contracted COVID-19 and had to isolate herself from others at home. The month after recovering from COVID-19, she had to be hospitalized due to bronchitis.

“I thought I was healthy, enjoying a good lifestyle by exercising regularly, but suddenly last month, I learned that my gallbladder was filled with stones. There were about 40 to 50 stones, and the best course of action was to have it removed,” she shared on Instagram, as seen by detikcom on Sunday (6/10/2024).

Upon further investigation, all the health issues she experienced were found to be interconnected. She acknowledged experiencing burnout. According to Queensland Health, burnout occurs when a person feels completely mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted, usually due to excessive and prolonged stress.

“I’ve often talked about burnout and educated others on its long-term effects, and now I realize that I have been going through it myself. It turns out that it’s not just my body that needs rest, but my mind does too,” she added.

Despite understanding that she was experiencing burnout, the second daughter of Rieta Amilia admitted that while she was in the hospital, she was still quite hard on herself.

“While I was unwell, I kept thinking, ‘How can you be sick? Who will take care of your children? You’re not being responsible, are you?’ Those thoughts constantly played in my mind, making the experience even more difficult,” she explained.

Fortunately, Caca Tengker managed to overcome everything. She mentioned that the support from her close ones was extraordinary throughout her journey. She aims to rise again to her true self.

“I hope this marks a new beginning, and I encourage anyone who has experienced burnout to share their journey too—it’s okay not to be okay,” she concluded.
