Mystical Events Experienced by the Cast of the Film Lembayung, Disturbed by Supernatural Creatures to the Point of Vomiting Blood

THE actors of the horror film Lembayung experienced horror events during the filming process. The filming location was in the Yogyakarta area, which is one of the places that is a barometer of horror places in Indonesia.

Erick Estrada had a mystical experience while filming the film Lembayung. He explained that he not only felt it, but also saw and heard it directly. Erick explained that he always experienced the incident every 3:00 am.

“I see that every three o’clock in the morning there are Japanese soldiers walking around, and I’m not the only one who sees and hears some other children do the same,” explained Erick during the Lembayung movie trailer press conference, Monday (26/8).

“This is a Japanese apple and it has all the spirit, it’s real, sir, it’s not made up,” he added.

Film director Baim Wong explained that this incident often occurs on location.

“So this story actually already existed from someone who had filmed before, he said there were people walking in the morning,” said Baim Wong.

Mystical events during filming were also experienced by Pica’s actor, Taskya Namya. She said that one of the Lembayung actors experienced disturbances to the point of vomiting blood.

“So at that time there was one player who had an advantage, he was praying and then coughed and vomited, because I’m a bit sensitive, I think this is why? And it turned out that when it was cleaned, it looked like there was a small blood clot,” said Taskya.

“And it turns out that after being cleaned, he actually performed ablution in a place that was really quiet,” he added.

Taskya also got a wound that left a scar, even though according to the explanation the shooting area was safe. Even the properties like the bathtub, were all artificial and clean.

Lembayung is a film based on the true story of an intern who was terrorized by a genie at a dental clinic in Central Java. The film will be released on September 19, 2024 in all cinemas in Indonesia. (Z-1)
