Explosions occurred on three New York islands. After this, the residents felt the earth shaking. Authorities cannot yet say what happened.
“An underground explosion was heard on Roosevelt Island in New York. Eyewitnesses say the explosion at regarding 6 a.m. local time caused buildings to shake,” writes the American edition of The Sun.
