The octogenarian died several months ago. Her son, who lived with her, would therefore have hid his death and could be responsible. In addition, he is suspected of having deprived his mother of care and food, to the point of compromising her health. On the other hand, she is accused of having continued to receive her pension even though she was dead.
The man, born in 1971, was placed under arrest warrant for the first time on September 4. The investigating judge has now decided to extend it by at least one month.
