According to Documentaries, the man called himself John Titor and wrote regarding the future he came from, making a series of predictions regarding times of war, famine and destruction. John warns his future is everyone’s future too and urges all to prepare to stock up on food and weapons.

John also explains how the time machine works and gives a schematic of the device. John said he returned from 2036.

John said he was an American soldier, stationed in Tampa, Florida, assigned to a government time travel project and sent back to 1975 to retrieve the world’s first laptop computer. IBM 5100. John claims to have been selected for this assignment because he was directly involved in the assembly and programming of the 5100 computer.

The astronaut said he stopped in 2000 to visit his mother Kay Titor and retrieve some personal belongings, warning the family of impending wars. This is also the time when John posts on forums and makes chilling forecasts regarding the world.

John Titor revealed, the second civil war in the US will cause the country to be divided into 5 factions and the new capital will be located in Omaha.

Later, John asserted, a computer crash destroyed the world in the same way that we feared the Y2K crash, the mad cow pandemic will cover America and last until 2036. In the future of John, time travel is real and the technology was developed at CERN in Switzerland many years ago and is used only for military purposes. This led to the 177th reconnaissance unit being created and John being a member.

John disappeared forever following his last article was published on March 24, 2001, in which he advised people to carry a gas tank in case the car stalled on the side of the road.

Despite the lack of concrete evidence to support John Titor’s claims, many still believe him to be a real time traveler. According to them, predictions of John’s future did not happen because John’s presence in our timeline changed the future, preventing or delaying the war.

In fact, some of John’s predictions such as the rise of a new world order and nuclear war in 2015 have been proven wrong.

John Titor’s stories are said to contain many inconsistencies and errors that make his claims unreliable. For example, John says the IBM 5100 is necessary for his mission, but experts point out that the computer is not a particularly advanced or valuable piece of equipment. In addition, John’s descriptions of time travel technology and the future are quite ambiguous, contradictory.

This man’s story may just be a work of fiction created by an individual with a vivid imagination. However, the idea of time travel continues to capture the public’s imagination, and the story of John Titor remains a popular topic of discussion on the Internet.
