Freebox Delta and Revolution subscribers: MyCanal is currently experiencing problems due to too many people

Bad luck for Freebox subscribers with TV By Canal (and all those who have myCanal), the MyCanal application is encountering a traffic problem which is disrupting access to its content.

Announced Canal assistance announces this evening that its MyCanal service was currently encountering problems due to too many people. These can prevent access to live channels or replay content. If you are concerned, the message “no content available” or “page unavailable” may appear.

However, this should be temporary and Channel support specifies that it is enough to wait a few minutes to access the application, while waiting for the problem to resolve:

As a reminder, myCanal is the official application that allows Canalsat/Canal+ subscribers to benefit from their offer on all screens, and non-subscribers to access programs in clear. It is above all the essential application for Free users subscribing to the Freebox Revolution offer with “TV by Canal” or Freebox Delta, who have access to all myCanal functionalities on the move, such as Canal channels, free channels from Freebox TV and replay. MyCanal also offers an Android TV version compatible with the Freebox Mini 4K (discover our test).
