This handy book offers 40 easy-to-perform eye exercises, whether you are already presbyopic or whether you are trying to delay the appearance of this natural phenomenon linked to the aging of the lens. The objective is to regain visual comfort and clearer vision by reserving ten minutes a day for the practice of these exercises.
