The artist, Alaa Morsi, explained that he did not mean to belittle the actresses, Nabila Obaid and Nadia El-Gendy, following his statement in one of the programs, saying, “They don’t know how to act.”

Alaa Morsi said on the “Details” program: “It was a reckless statement and I apologized for it and said I am sorry to them, and I mean that they are big male and female stars, but I hope that you will return with important works because your stardom is great… and when I spoke frankly on that subject previously, it might be a humiliation of the tongue and a mistake on my part and I.” I apologize to them once more and have all the respect for them.”

“Morsi” added: “For many years, all countries have been based on Egyptian soft power, and the real star is not a star unless it comes from Egypt. Egypt is the mother, but the mother must correct her daughters and sons when they excel, and the countries around us, like the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, excelled beautifully, and I admit that they She excelled, but did not forget Egypt’s virtue and honor our heroes.”

Alaa Morsi explained that he hopes to work in Saudi Arabia through one of the plays, but his current focus is in Egypt through cinema, and he is proud of the renaissance that has occurred in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
