Knead the dough until you can roll it into a ball, then roll it out well with a rolling pin. Put everything in a mold dedicated to pies. The next step is to remove the overflowing excess of the dough, which you can convert into shortbread cookies. Then cook the dough for a quarter of an hour, wrapped in baking paper and with dried vegetables placed on top; a technique that prevents the dough from rising.
Do fond the chopped chocolate by dipping it in the well-heated cream. Let melt for 1 minute. Then stir well and wait for it to cool. Add the beaten egg to it.
