On Thursday May 4, filmmaker and director Akissi Delta was invited to the Peopl’Emik show on la 3. During her interview, she confided in the death of actress Marie-Laure, a big loss that has saddened fans of the series.
Akissi Delta confided in the integration of Marie-Laure in the series. She revealed that she was not scheduled to play in the series My Family, but rather in another.
“Marie-Laure normally should not turn in My family. She should turn in Secret d’Akissi. She should play my little sister. I work as a servant to pay for her studies. Then, the director was asked if she was informed of Marie-Laure’s deteriorating state of health. She replied in these terms:

Despite the act taken by the young woman, Akissi Delta indicated that she did not abandon her when she was in need. “One day I was sitting at home. She arrives in Mali, she could not do the show. She went to the hospital, the lady called me, we had to fly her back. When she came back, she had completely lost weight. I took away 700 thousand, I gave it to her, that’s how she went to the hospital for treatment”.
And according to the words of the director, the state of health of Marie-Laure did not improve, despite the care she received at the hospital.
“It wasn’t working anymore. One day, Clémentine went to see her and came back to tell me that it’s not going at all and she asks to see me. It’s like that the next day, I went to see her. Way she has no strength, she clung to me and started saying, sorry mum, I apologize for everything I did to you. When I left, I gave him 20 thousand, because I didn’t have enough money.
