My Experience of Being Exempted from Quba Mosque

In an interview with Sami Al-Jaber, Sheikh Saleh Al-Maghamsi shared his story of being appointed and later dismissed as imam of the Quba Mosque, spanning a 14-year period. He explained that throughout his career, he served as an imam and preacher and was responsible for delivering sermons and lessons. Despite holding positions responsible for the country’s security and working with the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, he never received any criticism, reprimands, or warnings. He did not make any mistakes during this time, and this is a historical fact that will assist him in his future endeavors.

Sheikh Saleh Al-Maghamsi revealed the story of his appointment and dismissal from the imam of the Quba Mosque, and the 14-year march, in the “That with Sami Al-Jaber” program, indicating that throughout his career he was an imam and a preacher and the sermons and lessons that accompanied it. The position responsible for the security of the country, and the position of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs did not summon me to any remark, nor reprimand nor warning. No sermon, nor any lesson ever came, nor did I make any mistake, and this is historical and there is no doubt that what has passed helps in what is to come.
