In addition to its new top-of-the-line cell phones, Xiaomi also made its new wearables official during the presentation at MWC 2024, in Barcelona, this Sunday (25). In total, there are three new models: the Watch 2, the Smart Band 8 Pro and the Watch S3.
The first device is new. The second had been made official in China in August 2023. Finally, the third arrived in the brand’s home country in October last year. See the highlights of each one.
Xiaomi Watch 2
The Xiaomi Watch 2 has a metal case and a circular-shaped screen. This watch has two buttons on the right side and a silicone strap, in metallic gray and dark gray. There are also alternatives in white, green and black tones. The AMOLED screen is 1.43 inches in size. The entire body weighs 37 grams.
It comes equipped with a Snapdragon W5 Plus Gen 1 chip, accompanied by a 495 mAh battery – which promises autonomy of up to 65 hours under “typical use” – and 32 GB of storage.
The smartwatch supports more than 160 sports modes and performs health monitoring, including a 12-channel heart rate monitoring module. It also tracks sleep and blood oxygenation.
Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Pro
The Smart Band 8 Pro consists of a smart bracelet without physical buttons on its body and with a rectangular box. The weight is no more than 22.5 grams, while the thickness is 9.99 mm.
The AMOLED screen is 1.74 inches in size, with a refresh rate of 60 Hz and a resolution of 336 x 480 pixels. There’s also Gorilla Glass Victus here, for extra protection once morest scratches.
It arrives with 200 pre-installed dials and more than 150 sports modes available to the user. In addition to the presence of ten racing options for the user. This wearable also has 5 ATM certification, with protection once morest water.
The battery delivers a capacity of 289 mAh, capable of lasting up to 14 days with typical use. In turn, the heart rate monitoring module has four channels.
Xiaomi Watch S3
The Xiaomi Watch S3 completes the trio. This consists of a smartwatch with a circular shape and comes with two buttons on the right side, something very similar to what we saw on the Watch 2.
The product has a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen and has more than 180 dials available for free. The construction of the box is aluminum. The battery can last up to 15 days on one charge.
The operating system is HyperOS. There are also more than 150 sports modes, ten different running alternatives, as well as features such as health monitoring, which includes a 12-channel heart rate tracking module.

Prices and availability
Initially, Xiaomi’s new wearables will be available internationally only at the brand’s official store. The tendency is for them to reach other retailers in the future. Check the suggested prices:
