Musk threatens after completing the Twitter purchase deal for this reason • Al Marsad Newspaper

Al-Marsad newspaper: Billionaire Elon Musk threatened, today, Monday, to withdraw his $44 billion offer to buy Twitter.

Musk, CEO of Tesla, accused Twitter of refusing to provide him with information regarding the fake accounts.

Musk had said, in mid-May, that his offer to buy Twitter would not be completed unless the company provided evidence that the platform’s fake accounts are less than 5%.

Days before that, Musk had said that the number of fake accounts in Twitter may exceed 20% of the total, which is 4 times more than what Twitter says, indicating that the company refuses to provide evidence for what he says.
