Regarding this, Al-Taamari commented in statements to Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper, saying: “The Saudi League is currently strong, and brings in great players, and I am certainly honored to play in it.”
When asked whether he had already received official offers, he denied: “By God, I don’t know.”

It is noteworthy that Al-Taamari is currently starring with Al-Nashama in the Qatar Asian Cup 2023, scoring two goals in the first two rounds, as Jordan won once morest Malaysia 4-0, and tied once morest South Korea 2-2, to share the lead with the latter with four points each, although Najm’s companions Montpellier are ahead on goal difference.
