Al-Marsad newspaper: Documented a video clip, the leader of the Sadrist movement in Iraq, Muqtada al-Sadr, interrupting his speech and leaving the podium, angry at his supporters for their lack of calm, during a speech on the anniversary of his father’s departure in Sadr City Square.

Al-Sadr said, in the video: “You see that I am a window on him. I am upset with you and you will upset me more,” as Al-Sadr began his speech by asking to be listened to.

Al-Sadr accused the Baath Party of killing his father, Muhammad Sadiq al-Sadr, amid chants of his supporters: “No, no to the Baath,” while he explained: “The martyr al-Sadr was killed following his sermon and his demand for the release of detainees, which is the clearest evidence of that.”
