ABU DHABI, 18th May / WAM / The Municipality of Abu Dhabi City, through the Madinat Zayed Municipality Center, organized a field campaign entitled “Cleanliness of our city is the title of our urbanization” in Shakhbout City and Rabdan City, in cooperation with Virginia Private School, Al Hanan Center for People of Determination, (Tadweer), Mashtal Gulf, Bambad International Paints Company.
This comes as part of its field campaigns and educational workshops that aim to educate community members regarding the necessity and importance of preserving the general civilized appearance, reducing distortions, and improving the appearance and beauty of the city.
The campaign, which lasted for four consecutive days, targeted all segments of society and school students in the cities of Shakhbout and Rabdan, with the aim of preserving the general appearance, reducing distortions and raising awareness of the optimal use of public facilities, in addition to enhancing community participation between the municipality and its strategic partners and all groups and members of society.
The campaign witnessed the implementation of field work to remove some distortions of the general appearance and construction waste in the cities of Shakhbout and Rabdan, cleaning skeek in many areas, and disposing of waste using safe methods, as well as educating community members on the need to play their role in reducing distortions of the general cultural appearance of the city and preserving a healthy environment. The cleanliness that you enjoy, in order to preserve the health and safety of all.
With the aim of reaching all segments and target groups through various means, the campaign included the publication of several educational publications through the official accounts of the municipality on social networking sites and the application “Vrigna”, to educate the public regarding preserving the civilized appearance of the city and reducing distortions, as well as the optimal use of public facilities that have been established. To enhance the quality of life, service, well-being and happiness of community members.
