Multiple Earthquakes Strike South Asia – Updates on Afghanistan, Delhi, and Nepal Quakes

Islamabad – Another strong earthquake in Afghanistan’s Herat province in a week. Save the Children, a voluntary organization, said that 4 people were killed and 153 injured in the 6.3-magnitude earthquake. It is also reported that many villages have been destroyed. More than 2,000 people were killed in the earthquake in the same province on the 7th.

Earthquake in Delhi too

New Delhi – A 3.1 magnitude earthquake struck Faridabad in the National Capital Region. The National Center for Seismology said that the earthquake occurred at 4.08 am. The epicenter is 9 km east of Faridabad and 30 km south east of Delhi. Earthquake was felt in Delhi earlier this month as well. Nepal was the center of influence at that time.
