A Multilaser LIV announced this Monday (6) a rebranding that makes her part of Multi. This business unit is dedicated to solutions for Smart House and your operations should not change with this news. The company’s Executive Director, Rafael Cortes, explained some details:
The group has an extensive mix of products and several of them are integrated and can offer much more practicality to the consumer. So, in addition to changing the brand, we want to increasingly explore the possibility of a more connected and intelligent environment in different homes, thus providing more convenience for Brazilians
It is worth remembering that the old Multilaser already did a rebranding last year and since then, it has been using the name ‘Multi‘ in their products. Now, this new communication strategy is linked to the increase in customers looking for items related to home automation.
In general, the company conducted a survey that saw a 54% growth in sales of products such as a universal remote control, indoor camera, LED strip and biometric lock, from 2021 to 2022. According to Cortes, this new strategy aims to make the brand most present in the market:
We are very excited to bring smart home products under the ‘mother brand’ umbrella, Multi. The strategy will certainly reinforce our presence in the market as a reference in technology with an excellent cost-benefit ratio.
According to the manufacturer itself, the idea is to gradually change the look of product packaging. Currently, the company has 40,000 points of sale spread across the country and because of this, the delivery of items with this novelty should take a few months.
Still on Multi, at the end of last year it announced a streaming service with live channels and on-demand content.
