Dhe association “MuBiZ” organized a musical open air with the best scenes from self-composed musicals.
The association “MuBiZ” (musical education center”) invited to the final evening in the Kulturhaus on Friday. The program included individual performances by the young music students and the best scenes from the musicals “Robert the Little Vampire”, “Chaos in the Elfenwerkstatt” and “In the Easter Bunny School”. The works were performed over the course of the year. In the second part of the evening, Michaela Durisova showed their skills on the piano with “River flows in You” by Yiruma and Johannes Pruckner with three pieces by Patrick Watson.
The theme of the evening was “Follow the butterfly into the wonderland of fantasy”. In a framework plot, an evil magician and his assistant travel to the locations of the musicals to sow confusion there. The young actors did their job with great enthusiasm and earned a lot of applause for the often stunningly funny scenes. “MuBiZ” chairwoman Susanna Mazakarini accompanied the children on the piano. She had composed the musicals and rehearsed them with the children. The program was led by Claudia Hoff, known as a cultural mediator in Carnuntum and singer of the duo “Frauenwahl 2.0”. At the end, the performers and audience sang John Lennon’s “Imagine” together.
