In Togo, the ruling Union for the Republic (UNIR) party celebrates its 11th anniversary this week. An event marked by religious services on April 14 and 16 throughout the national territory to thank and give thanks to God for peace and security in the country.
In Lomé, the President of the National Assembly Mrs. Yawa Tsègan took part on Friday in the thanksgiving mass organized at the parish of Notre Dame de la Rédemption in Bè-Klikamé in the presence of other executives of the UNIR party.
“During this Mass marking the Coral Jubilee of our Great Party, we prayed for peace and security in our country, implored God’s protection over the life of our Great Party and that of our Distinguished President, His Excellency Mr. Faure Gnassingbé President of the Republic, for the pursuit of the realization of his vision, that of building a united, peaceful and prosperous Togolese nation”, indicated Mrs. Yawa Tsègan.
She took the opportunity of this anniversary to express her wishes for the party: “May Almighty God grant the strength of the coral to our Great Party and its valiant militants, for more glorious victories, under the leadership of our Distinguished President “.
