Accordingly, the members of the Council include: Dr. BS Nguyen Van Vinh Chau – Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health as Chairman of the Council; Mr. Tran Kim Tan, Director of the City Medical Assessment Center under the Department of Health, as Standing Vice Chairman; Mr. Tran Phu Manh Sieu, Deputy Director of Nguyen Trai Hospital, is the Vice President of Specialization.
The Department of Health said that the term of office of the council is 5 years, from January 23, 2023. The Council has no legal status, no separate accounts. Standing body of the City Council of Medical Assessment Center under the Department of Health.
Duties and powers of the Medical Assessment Council will conduct the first medical examination and re-examination in accordance with law for subjects who are working or residing or living in the area of Ho Chi Minh City; does not re-examine cases that have been concluded by the Central Council.
