Mr. Akhannouch leads a Moroccan delegation to the Davos Forum

Davos – A Moroccan delegation led by the head of government, Aziz Akhannouch, is taking part in the work of the World Economic Forum, which is being held from January 16 to 20 in Davos.

The delegation present in Davos, Switzerland, includes the Minister of Industry and Trade, Ryad Mezzour, the Minister of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, Leila Benali, the Minister Delegate in charge of Investment, Convergence and of the Evaluation of Public Policies, Mohcine Jazouli and the Director General of the Moroccan Agency for the Development of Investments and Exports, Ali Seddiki.

The Forum has the participation of more than 2,500 leaders, public actors, heads of large companies and heads of international and non-governmental organizations. In addition, more than 50 Heads of State and Government are taking part in the 2023 edition of the Forum, marked by numerous geopolitical, economic and social challenges.

The debates of this year’s edition, organized under the theme “cooperation in a fragmented world”, revolve in particular around inflation, the dangers of recession, energy transition, climate challenges and the future of developing economies.
