MPPE JULY 2024: DEPOSITS + AMOUNTS
The Ministry of Popular Power for Education (MPPE) activated Six new payments for active and retired staff during the first weeks of July.
These subsidies include the first fortnight, which is delivered as part of the monthly salary for employees of this entity in Venezuela.
What did the Ministry of Education pay in July 2024?
On Wednesday, July 10, the Venezuelan Ministry of Education activated a series of payments for the entity’s active and retired workers.
- First fortnight.
- Holiday Bonus for teachers (60 days of salary plus 28 days of salary adjustment)
- Special Bonus for Teachers.
- Recreational Bonus for retirees (60 days).
- Special Bonus for retirees.
- Special Vacation Bonus for active and retired MPPE staff.

Self-management for the MPPE Worker: Check your voucher online
- Enter the official MPPE Worker Self-Management portal.
- Select ‘certified user’ and log in with your ID card, bank account (last four digits) and your year of birth.
- Go to ‘payment receipt’ and complete the form with the requested information.
- Then, click on ‘generate payment receipt’ and the system will show you your receipt.
- Finally, select the option ‘download payment receipt in PDF format’.
Once the process is complete, you can keep your payment receipt on your mobile device or print it.
MPPE payments 2024: What amounts do teachers receive?
The Ministry of Education, during the first half of July 2024, maintained the amount of salaries without increases.
This means that the value remains at around 223 bolivars or 6.10 dollars, according to the current exchange rate of the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV).
Below, we share with you the salary table for public employees of the MPPE:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Public employees who do not yet have a professional degree receive salaries ranging from 130 to 197 bolivars. Depending on the region, their bonus can vary between 520 and 788 bolivars.
- Technical: Those workers who have a Higher University Technician (TSU) degree receive 218 bolivars, while Technicians II receive 254 bolivars. The base bonus for a TSU is 872 bolivars, and for Technicians II it is 1,016 bolivars.
- Professionals: According to the salary scale, professionals have a base salary of 296 bolivars, which can reach 379 bolivars in range III. Consequently, their bonuses vary between 1,184 and 1,516 bolivars.
