MP imputes people for illegal practice of dentistry and medicine

Caracas.- The Public Ministry charged a citizen dedicated to the illegal practice of dentistry in Caracas and another individual was arrested in Ciudad Bolívar for the same crime, detained by police officers.

The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported on his Twitter account that citizen Pedro Javier Velázquez Rodríguez was charged with the crimes of illegally practicing dentistry and usurpation of functions.

Likewise, he indicated that Velázquez will be preventively deprived of liberty by the judicial measure issued by the Court of the Metropolitan Area of ​​Caracas, AVN review.

Meanwhile, Primicia announced that a subject identified by the initials CS, 50 years old, who illegally practiced as a dentist, was arrested in the Los Próceres sector, Agua Salada Parish of the Angostura del Orinoco Municipality this Tuesday.

In similar crimes, last Monday, August 1, the Public Ministry reported the accusation of a woman, deprived of liberty for dedicating herself to the practice of dentistry without complying with legal and health requirements. She is accused of the crimes of illegal practice of medicine, intrusion and continued fraud.

Similarly, in Falcón state, a man was brought to justice for practicing gynecology illegally and, additionally, sexually abusing those who came to the supposed cytology services.

The citizen is charged with the crimes of sexual violence, sexual abuse, lascivious acts, usurpation of functions, illegal practice of medicine and harassment.
