Neither the Prosecutor’s Office nor the TSE have delved into the reasons why the procedure was carried out in the TSE, although it is known that it is due to the complaint that Natareno presented, following he was removed from his position for allegedly recording conversations of the TSE staff. electoral body. It is known that it was the Administrative Crimes Prosecutor’s Office that carried out a visual inspection as part of a preliminary investigation procedure following a complaint filed; However, the details of this were not revealed.

Prosecutor Melani Calderón limited herself to saying that it was a field procedure that was carried out at the TSE, but did not delve into the issue because, as she said, she is not authorized to provide information. The TSE reported on February 23 , that Natareno Juárez was surprised when he was recording the conversations he had with the staff of that entity, and it was Judge Blanca Alfaro herself who noticed the action.
