MP accuses Zulian announcer for lewd acts |

The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported that the Zulian broadcaster Lenin Rojas was indicted for the crimes of lewd acts and harassment once morest the citizen María Virginia Montiel, who had legally denounced him in 2021.

Through his social network Twitter, the prosecutor wrote: “Accused the subject Lenin Rojas for the crimes of lewd acts and harassment or harassment due to the facts denounced in 2021 by the citizen María Virginia Montiel, who indicated that the same He repeatedly sexually assaulted her.”

Last Wednesday, March 1, María Virginia Montiel Rincón denounced through her Instagram account (@mavimontielr) that she was the victim of sexual abuse by the radio host, Lenin Rojas.

“I was a victim of rape by a person who belongs to the media,” began exposing Montiel, who also claims to have been going through a legal process for 2 years.

The young woman points out that her accusation has not been heard because the alleged perpetrator is an “influential person”.

He also noted that Rojas, who works at radio 0k101, has many victims behind him, including Lucía Di Vita, who had also denounced him.

The young woman mentioned irregularities in her legal process, such as the impossibility of accessing her file or a private lawyer.
