Photo = Disney Plus ‘Moving’ released a Q&A interview with actor Yang Dong-geun, who plays the role of ‘Jung Jun-hwa’, a North Korean hero with the ability to fly, who has been a hot topic since his debut.

In Disney+’s original series ‘Moving’, where anticipation is at its peak with only three episodes left, actor Yang Dong-geun, who plays the role of ‘Jung Jun-hwa’, a North Korean man with the same flying ability as secret agent ‘Doo-sik’ (played by Jo In-seong), is impressed. He shared his thoughts on participation and a special behind-the-scenes story.

Regarding the reason why he decided to appear in ‘Moving’, Yang Dong-geun said, “I mightn’t help but make a decision due to the excitement of being able to appear in a Disney+ work and the fact that it is a superpower character with the ability to fly.” He added, “After being cast, I watched the original ‘Moving’. “I bought it and watched it right away, and I thought writer Kang Full was a genius. I thought the biggest appeal point was how superpowers were portrayed,” he said.

He then invited his family while filming the flight action scene. He said, “6-year-old Yang Dong-geun’s dream of becoming Superman has come true. It’s been nearly 40 years since his dream came true. By passing on his father’s childhood fantasy and memories of him flying in the sky to his children, won’t he become one of the top five fathers in the world? “I want to,” he said.

Lastly, Yang Dong-geun said, “We have been waiting for a long time (to release ‘Moving’), and it has unfolded before our eyes. I think we have achieved a tremendous and happy result.”

Below is a Q&A from ‘Moving’ Yang Dong-geun.

Q. Why did you decide to appear in ‘Moving’ and what is the biggest attraction of this work?

I mightn’t help but make a decision due to the excitement of being able to appear in a Disney+ production and the fact that I am a super-powered character with the ability to fly. After casting, I immediately purchased and watched the original copy of ‘Moving’. I thought writer Kang Full was a genius, and I thought the biggest appeal point was how superpowers were portrayed.

Q. Is there a special difference unique to ‘Junhwa’?

It differentiated itself in external aspects such as makeup and costumes, but more than anything, it seemed to have been completely absorbed into ‘Junhwa’ during the time it took to match the character’s lines.

Q. The first appearance of ‘Junhwa’ is considered an impressive scene by many viewers. How was the filming site?

The moment I performed the scene where the feet are floating, I got a sense of how unconventional this scene would be. I think that as a human being and as an actor, an amazing moment unfolded that not everyone can have. I looked at the director’s direction and storyboard to figure out what kind of scene it was, and focused on that.

Q. I understand that you invited your family when filming the flight action scenes. How did you feel regarding showing off your flying action in front of your family?

6-year-old Yang Dong-geun’s dream of becoming Superman has come true. After nearly 40 years, my dream has come true. Wouldn’t he become one of the top five dads in the world by passing on his childhood fantasies and memories of him flying in the sky to his children?

Q. The action scenes with ‘Bong-seok’ (played by Lee Jeong-ha) and ‘Hee-su’ (played by Go Yun-jeong) were also full of tension. How was the action with Lee Jeong-ha and Go Yun-jeong?

The action was really cool (laughs) Actor Lee Jeong-ha has a very positive mentality more than anything, and I was impressed by the way he braved the wounds and fought hard, so I worked hard as well.

Q. How did you feel regarding working with director Park In-je, who was in charge of directing?

I remember every moment as a learning experience. I think Director Park In-je created a scene that I will remember even following I die. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once more.

Q. In the future, we plan to show contrasting feelings between the past appearance of ‘Junhwa’ in North Korea and the current appearance of ‘Junhwa’ in South Korea. Was there anything you paid attention to to show the difference between the characters in the two scenes?

I tried to show the difference between a life of hiding one’s abilities and a life of demonstrating one’s abilities.

Q. A word to the viewers who love your work

We have waited a long time (until the work is released). And it unfolded before my eyes. I think we have achieved tremendous and happy results. thank you
