The police were informed regarding the incident at around 1.45 p.m. and they, along with the Desteam of the federal police and a forensic pathologist, went to the site to collect information. Later, the investigating magistrate and the prosecution arrived on the scene and took the case under the direction of the murder chief. An autopsy was conducted, which showed that the victim had suffered numerous stab wounds and blunt objects. The father was arrested by the police and charged with murder following being presented before the investigating magistrate on Sunday morning.

”The autopsy of the victim’s body took place on Friday evening. From the first elements, it appears that several stab wounds and blunt objects were dealt to him”, says M. Bariseau.
The man was arrested by the police before being heard. He was brought before the investigating magistrate on Sunday morning, who charged him with murder.
