A new leak revealed the design of the upcoming Motorola foldable phone, which is expected to bear the name Razr 3, which may come with the latest Qualcomm Snapdrago 8 Gen 1+ processor.
According to the video, which was published by technical blogger Evan Blass on Twitter, the “Razr 3” phone will have a completely new design, especially at the screen level.
The short clip shows the selfie camera engraved directly into the phone screen, instead of using the “notch” design, which Motorola relied on with the previous two generations of the company’s family of foldable phones.

It is clear that the mechanical joint responsible for folding the screen will work in the same way that it appeared in the last generation of the phone, but it is expected that the company has relied on a new type of screen, allowing its screen not to be exposed to the breaking of the outer thin screen layer, with repeated Folding operations, a common problem with foldable phones, are either horizontal or vertical.
The new leak also shows the awaited phone carrying a rear camera with two lenses, and next to them appear some sensors aimed at capturing the dimensions of the scene and its elements, as well as the distances between these elements from the camera lens, which contributes to the possibility of adding virtual elements to what the camera sees and displays on the phone screen, and that will be Useful with apps that use augmented reality technologies.
And the technical “XDA” website confirmed that the “Motorola Razr 3” phone will support ultra-wideband technology (UWB), as this wireless technology can be used to control various nearby systems, such as unlocking a car or connecting to other devices that support “UWB” technology, according to a report. It was published earlier this year.
According to reports, the phone will also support Near Field Communication (NFC), which means it should be able to transfer files when matched with nearby devices.
The powerful Motorola Razr 3 processor comes paired with a generous 12GB of RAM, which is more than some desktop PCs today.
Reports indicated that the phone also features different storage capacities, allowing users to choose between 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB.
