The cell phone market continues to be very busy and now there is a new company in second place in the Brazilian ranking. While the Samsung continues as the undisputed leader, Motorola returned to the place that was occupied by Apple during the last report released by StatCounter and brought here by Oficina da Net. The ranking of companies that sell the most cell phones in the country still includes Xiaomi, ASUS, realme, Nokia and Infinix.
Motorola overtakes Apple in the Brazilian market
The companies Samsung, Motorola and Apple continue to be consolidated in the Brazilian market, taking on the majority of all cell phone sales in the country. In February 2024, for example, South Korean giant registered a share of 37.46% of all active devices in the country.

Comparison with the same period last year
If we go back in time to February 2023, we realize that Motorola had started the year better than its competitor, but was already showing signs that this would be a fierce battle over the next few months..
