Motorola has presented the Edge 40 Pro, its first bet aimed at the high-end of 2023.
With the Edge 30 series, Motorola showed us be more than capable to compete in the league of the largest in telephony, especially with its excellent Motorola Edge 30 Ultra and the balanced Motorola Edge 30 Fusion. Almost a year later, the company wants to once once more demonstrate that it can fight face to face with the best in the market thanks to its new Motorola Edge 40 Pro.
Its regarding first high-end smartphone launched by Motorola in this year 2023, although it is not an entirely new device: it is the Motorola Moto X40 presented in China just a few months ago, which is now landing on the global market with the idea of revolutionizing the high-end telephone market .

Broadly speaking, the Edge 40 Pro retains a good part of the aesthetic details of the previous generation, being the curved screen his main claim. It is associated with 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB of UFS 4.0 storage. All this, backed by a 4600 mAh capacity battery with support for 125W fast charging using the charger included in the box, compatible with the USB-PD standard. It is also compatible with wireless charging and reverse wireless chargingbeing able to reach powers of 15 and 5 W respectively.
