**Mikkey Dee:** It was definitely a rough ride. I was very ill, and there were moments when I genuinely feared for my life. but the doctors and nurses at Sahlgrenska were absolute lifesavers. They took amazing care of me, and I can’t thank them enough. Several operations were necessary, which thankfully went well.
**(Archyde:**) You’ve been public about your experience on Facebook. Why was it important for you to share this with your fans?
**Mikkey Dee:** I wanted to be open and honest with everyone. This was a serious ordeal, and I learned a lot about the dangers of sepsis. I hope that by sharing my story, I can raise awareness about this condition and encourage people to seek immediate medical attention if they experience any

It’s a lot of rest and rehabilitation, but I’m feeling positive. I’m already seeing progress, and I’m grateful for the support of my family, friends, and fans.

Do you have any thoughts on how this experience might change your approach to touring or music in the future?

this experience has definitely made me more aware of my health and the importance of taking care of myself. I’ll probably be a bit more cautious with my schedule moving forward, but music is my lifeblood.
I can’t imagine not doing what I love. I’m looking forward to getting back on stage with Scorpions as soon as I’m fully recovered.
