A 23-year-old from the Wels-Land district rode his motorcycle south on the B137 in Wels yesterday Monday afternoon. At the same time, a 20-year-old from the Wels-Land district was driving his car behind the motorcycle handlebars.
In the area of the stop line at the intersection with Linzer Strasse, the driver hit the back of the motorcyclist. The 23-year-old was seriously injured and, after first aid, was taken to the Wels Clinic by the rescue team.
