Dynamic weather, flag-to-flag races, improved AI, revised assists and a new career mode
Le 8 juin sur consoles PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch et PC
It’s been two weeks since the MotoGP World Championship resumed its rights and like every year Milestone is taking advantage of this period to formalize a new video game adaptation of the Moto Grands Prix with MotoGP 23.
Last year, the evolution brought to the license had been rather successful with the integration of a real tutorial, the return of multiplayer in split screen and especially the addition of a Nine mode which mixed documentary and racing game .
For 2023 the Italian developers also promise many new features. The studio explains that it has placed particular emphasis on the career mode to reinforce its interest. If it is always a question of climbing the ladder by chaining races to become the best pilot, MotoGP 23 will add new stages affecting progression to make it less linear.
It will thus be more complicated to find new contracts since it will be necessary to dislodge the official pilots. There will always be challenges to complete to improve your bike. Finally, the game wants to emphasize the rivalry between the pilots. Between races, it will be possible to interact with his opponents in positive or negative ways, interactions that will then affect the AI of the driver in question during the following race.
New feature players have been waiting for for some time: dynamic weather. It will now be possible to participate in flag-to-flag races since the weather conditions may change during the event.
Milestone also announces that it has refined its artificial intelligence to come closer to the real styles of each driver and offer a more realistic experience. New driver aids for braking, acceleration and handling will be offered, as will the returning MotoGP Academy.
The multiplayer is not forgotten since in addition to the local split-screen the title will offer for the first time cross-play on the online and Ranked Races which will allow you to play once morest players of your level. Cross-play will not concern PC or Nintendo players, however.
Expected for June 8, MotoGP 23 will be available on Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and Steam (PC).
