The injured person was identified as Antonio José Gómez Basanta, 51 years old, who suffered a complete fracture of his left leg.
The traffic accident was recorded on Paseo Caroní, adjacent to the intersection with the main avenue of Unare.
Gómez was treated by paramedics from the Emergency Care Room (Saem) of the Bolívar State Governor’s Office, who transferred him to the Uyapar Hospital.
