As the teams continue to prepare for the start of the next MotoGP season on March 6, Milestone announce the next iteration game drawn from discipline. For the occasion, a trailer has been unveiled in addition to the novelties brought by the new vintage.
Wanting to be more complete than ever, the title will offer around twenty circuits and more than 120 official drivers. This impressive figure is explained by the fact that the three main championships, namely Moto2 and Moto3 in addition to the premier category, will be present. In this regard, it will be possible, through the mode MotoGP Academy, to climb the ladder and go from Rookie to world No. 1. To do this, various challenges will give the objective of improving on specific points such as the management of tyres, electronics or brake temperature.
Moreover, if the game detects a certain restlessness, a difficulty adaptation system will allow you to change various settings to be more comfortable. To go even further, beginners will be entitled to a brand new tutorial allowing them to learn the basics of piloting through short gameplay sequences. What to address to everyone, and to be more accessible.
The fans of the first hour are not forgotten since it will be possible to relive the 2009 season through challenges putting them in the shoes of legendary riders like Rossi, Pedrosa or Stoner, the game also offering just over 70 historical “riders”. Entitled (NINE), the mode will contain around fifty minutes of archive footage with commentary by Mark Neale, a true figure in documentaries relating to the category.
As for multiplayer, a split-screen option for two players will be offered for the first time in a game of the series. The online mode will also be present and will offer cross-play to consoles of the same family. In fact, Xbox One players will be able to play with those of Xbox Series X|S but not with owners of PS4 or PS5.
The video game start will be given next April 21 so, if you’re itching to challenge Fabio Quartararo, there’s not much time left to wait!
